BOMA Regina supports professionalism in the commercial real estate industry.

We deliver opportunities for members to develop greater expertise in the local industry, to improve their client relationships and to strengthen their assets. Our membership consists of two distinct categories:

  • Companies that provide products or services to support the commercial real estate market.

We provide a forum for industry professionals and service providers to build relationships and share experiences through our four pillars:

  • Education - Seminars, courses and online training support members' professional development.
  • Networking - Monthly luncheons and events provide continuous learning opportunities and the exchange of ideas.

Dean Clark, President of GreenWave Innovations, will present on the process and benefits of doing a detailed energy assessment on commercial properties.  This will include describing the technology that provides circuit by circuit and line by line consumption usage details for electricity, gas and water.  The process is designed to produce knowledge allowing the building and/or business owner to make informed consumption reduction decisions.  These decisions can include implementing policy and behavioural changes, introducing product enhancements and investing in technology. This technology can be used to determine consumption details for multiple tenants operating behind one utility meter. Preventative maintenance solutions will be explained that use predictive analysis to reduce risk and avoid business interruption and major loss insurance claims. There is no charge for members to attend, but we ask that you register by email no later than March 13Non-members and guests will be charged $35 + GST.  Door prize provided by Campbell & Haliburton
